First new highrise office building in Cincinnati in nearly 20 years, the tower was the largest building constructed in the US in 2010. The developer had plans for the building on their books for over 20 years before finding a major tenant to trigger financing for the project.

Public AccessThe lobby is accessible from the corner of Fourth and Sycamore during normal business hours. It is also accessible during the hours of operation of Restaurant L.
Green Building FeaturesThe building received LEED Gold Certification for Core & Shell. Great American Insurance's offices also are LEED Gold Certified for Commercial Interiors.
